At DesignWell Studios, we are experts in building wellness and environmental design, specializing in indoor air quality, toxin removal, and healthy design/build projects. With extensive professional and personal experience in mold exposure, chemical sensitivities, and building science, we are dedicated to creating healthier spaces for everyone.

Whether it’s a home, office, or commercial space, we approach each project with the care and attention it deserves. Our goal is to empower homeowners, builders, and investors to prioritize health and well-being in their environments. We believe that sourcing healthy building materials and ensuring proper air quality systems are vital to indoor health.

What We Offer:

Environmental Wellness Assessments: We provide in-depth assessments of your entire property, identifying potential health hazards such as mold, poor air and water quality, and off-gassing chemicals. Our virtual consultations, complete with a custom Wellness Property Report, guide you through the process of testing, remediation, and improvement.

Wellness Support: Led by Michelle Ifversen, a licensed Integrative Health Practitioner, we offer detoxification methods and support for those affected by environmental toxins. We take a holistic approach, addressing both the body and the building to create a safe and supportive healing environment.

Healthy Design & Build Consultation: We collaborate with builders, architects, and homeowners on new construction and renovation projects. Our expertise in healthy building practices, non-toxic materials, and biophilic design principles ensures that your space is not only beautiful and functional but also a sanctuary of well-being.

At DesignWell Studios, we are passionate about helping you create spaces that are healthy, sustainable, and deeply connected to nature. Whether you’re building, renovating, or simply looking to make positive changes, we’re here to guide you in building wellness every step of the way.
