James Sammon

James Sammon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, business development, and property management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at DeSimone Builders since May 2025, Sammon previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at HALO Networks from October 2023 to May 2025. Prior roles include Regional Manager and Senior Property Manager at MRP Realty from May 2016 to September 2023, and Property Manager at Paramount Group between June 2013 and April 2016. Sammon's earlier career features positions such as General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and Property Manager at Tishman Speyer. Additionally, an engineering specialist role at SubCom involved significant project management responsibilities in the Pan-Asia Fiber Optic Project.
