James Gadsby

James Gadsby serves as the Executive Director of the Wuerffel Foundation since March 2020, focusing on inspiring service and unity through community leadership, alongside their role as Chief Operating Officer at Desire Street Ministries, where revitalization of under-resourced neighborhoods is a priority. Previously, James had a successful 22-year tenure at The Home Depot, culminating in the position of Director of Information Technology, where responsibilities included overseeing technology for a $1B subsidiary and various IT initiatives across retail systems. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida, an MBA in Management from Georgia State University, and a Master's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
