Ryan Dembeck

Ryan Dembeck serves as the Vice President of Operations at Desiring God since May 2024, overseeing organizational administration, strategy, finance, HR, and technology. Prior experience includes eight years at Medtronic, where Ryan progressed from the Sr HR Operations Analyst to Senior HR Manager, Content, leading various initiatives to enhance the HR on-demand employee experience. Prior roles at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul involved responsibilities as a Human Resources Generalist and Associate Analyst, emphasizing process improvement and operational analytics. Ryan holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Medicine from Northwestern College, supplemented by a Project Management Certificate from the University of St. Thomas.
