Carolyne Gingras

Carolyne Gingras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational performance and cybersecurity at Desjardins since January 2022, where current roles include Leader de pratique Performance organisationnelle and Directrice évolution de la cybersécurité, overseeing a team of 26 and leading transformative cybersecurity projects. Prior to this, Carolyne served as an interim director at the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec, focusing on mental health services for youth, and held various strategic and operational roles within CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, including management of projects to improve services for young people.
