Nancy Champagne

Nancy Champagne has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the team leader at Desjardins in the career support center and talent acquisition for the caisse network since June 2015. With a strong background in project management related to staffing and talent acquisition, Nancy has represented the unit in various high-level committees and provided advisory and coaching services within the organization. Previously, Nancy held the position of director of talent acquisition at Banque Nationale Groupe Financier, managing a significant team and overseeing comprehensive employee management processes. Nancy's career began at CIBC, where various roles in personnel staffing were held. Nancy holds a BAA in human resources from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and completed a recent training in group facilitation.
