Sébastien Gougeon

Sébastien Gougeon has over two decades of extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as Directeur Principal Opérations Membres Particuliers at Desjardins since January 2011. With a strong focus on service excellence for members and clients, Sébastien has held various senior roles within Desjardins, including overseeing project performance, process management, and project office functions across banking and support services. In addition to responsibilities at Desjardins, Sébastien is a Chargé de cours at HEC Montréal and serves as Vice-président on the board of the Mouvement québécois de la qualité. Previous experience includes senior project management roles at Bell Canada and consultancy at TechSolCom, along with technical expertise as a software engineer at Tellabs. Sébastien holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke.
