Sookrita Jeebaun

Sookrita Jeebaun, M.Sc., currently serves as a Conseillère in formation et développement des compétences at Desjardins since February 2023. Previously, Sookrita worked as a Conseillère en ressources humaines at Groupe PACO from January 2020 to February 2023, and completed a consulting internship focused on HR analytics at Société de transport de Montréal in mid-2018. Between 2012 and 2017, Sookrita coordinated activities related to the management of a family-owned real estate business, overseeing various operations including purchasing, selling, leasing, renovations, administration, and human resources. Sookrita began official HR roles at Société de transport de Montréal from 2008 to 2009, serving as a Conseillère en dotation responsible for summer recruitment and supporting recruitment advisors. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Management with a focus on Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from UQAM.
