Vince Maida

Vince Maida has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Auto Claims Appraisal and Commercial Partnership at Desjardins since February 2005. In this role, Vince oversees the development and implementation of strategic action plans, emphasizing performance management, talent retention, and employee engagement. Previous positions at Desjardins include Director of Claims Commercial Partnership, Manager of Claims Commercial Partnerships, and Section Manager of the Claims Client Care Centre, where responsibilities included managing claims teams and coordinating national claims service performance.
