Aoife Geraghty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, retail management, and marketing. Aoife started their career as a Barista at Starbucks and worked as an Editor for Eurovision News website before moving on to customer success roles at BIONIC Marketing Technology, ROI Hunter, and deskbird. In their roles, they assisted clients in managing their campaigns, optimizing performance, and executing cross-sells and upsells. Aoife has also worked as a Head of Retail and Senior Account Manager at BIONIC Marketing Technology, where they managed relationships with clients and ensured data was presented coherently to assist digital and offline strategy.
Aoife Geraghty started their education in 2009, where they attended Technological University Dublin and obtained a Higher Certificate in Business Management. Aoife later pursued a BSc in Business and Management from Technological University Dublin from 2011 to 2014, and during their studies, they went to Copenhagen Business Academy in 2012-2013 for International Sales and Marketing Management.
