Anuj Agarwal

Anuj Agarwal has worked in a variety of roles over the past 18 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Staff Engineer at Ittiam Systems, where they implemented IEEE 802.11 b PHY layer protocol for Wireless LAN on Advanced Digital Signal Processor-C55X and generated assembly codes for various intermediate processes. In 2005, they joined PDF Solutions as a Senior Engineer, where they acted as a Module Leader, preparing and presenting technical presentations, and providing technical support to customers. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at Citigroup, implementing Six-Sigma DMAIC process to accurately identify and track Desktop related incidents globally, and using Minitab software to analyse incident data. In 2011, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Principal Engineer, working with the characterization team in ISDA alliance to develop POR tracking methodology. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have been working at Deskera, holding various roles such as VP, Corporate Operations & HR, VP, Training and HR, and Manager, Engineering & Training. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing operations and training, training close to 50,000 users in 5 years.

Anuj Agarwal received their B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2003. Anuj then went on to receive an M.S in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2005.
