Ashish Tiwari has worked in the technology industry since 2001. Ashish began their career at Cordys as a Usability Engineer, where they were responsible for setting up usability labs and creating interface mock-ups and interaction flow designs. Ashish then moved up to become a Sr. Usability Engineer, working on interaction design for web-based applications, and developing user interaction guidelines. In this role, they were also responsible for group development, including business plan and strategy development, as well as recruitment and training for the UX group. Ashish then became a Usability Architect at Cordys, engaging in solution development and defining UX for customer-facing applications and solutions, as well as developing Qontym - a custom web framework for managing and delivering web-apps over Cordys BOP. From 2012 to 2014, Ashish worked as a Product Manager at Pegasystems, where they were responsible for user experience and user interface, as well as managing requirements and feature development for the product suite. Ashish then moved to Deskera, where they currently serve as VP of Product Development.
