Richa Sharma

Richa Sharma is the VP of Corporate Development for Deskera. Richa has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Richa started their career as a Senior Citigold RM for Citibank N.A. in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for providing banking services to high net worth individuals. Richa left Citibank in 2013 to join Axis Bank as AVP - Privee. In this role, they were responsible for private banking services. Richa left Axis Bank in 2014 to join Elcomponics Sales Pvt Ltd as Finance Controller & Project Advisor to the Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director, preparing business and financial models, and coordinating with government agencies for project approvals and subsidy sanctions. Richa left Elcomponics in 2017 to join Deskera as VP of Corporate Development.

Richa Sharma has an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, a B.TECH in Computer Science & Engg from IET Kanpur, and a certification in Google Data Analytics from Coursera. Richa also has a certification in Python for Everybody from University of Michigan.

Their manager is Shashank Dixit, Founder & CEO. They work with Brajesh Sachan - CTO, Peter Fleming - CFO, and Abhinav Goswami - VP, Head of Strategy & Business Development.
