Chief Marketing and Product Officer at Deskpass

Aaron Charlesworth has worked in various roles in the marketing and product management fields since 2000. Aaron began their career at Siebel Systems as a Senior Marketing Programs Manager, where they developed and executed a marketing plan that helped increase annual revenue from $17 million to $55 million. Aaron then moved to CDC Software as the Director of Global Marketing Operations and Director of North American Marketing Programs, where they managed a nine-person team responsible for the global execution of all lead generation and product launch programs, as well as a $2.5 million program budget to generate installed base and new business opportunities for the new and existing ERP, CRM, SCM, and analytics product lines in North America.

In 2008, Aaron Charlesworth became the VP of Marketing and Product Management at Omnilink Systems, where they planned and executed a complete range of digital, direct, and channel marketing programs with full ROI reporting and lead source attribution to ensure revenue attainment for all key product lines. Aaron then moved to Vocalocity (which was later acquired by Vonage) as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they developed the marketing strategy and team needed to support revenue growth from $28M to $52M leading to the sale of Vocalocity to Vonage for $130M in 2013.

At Vonage Business Solutions, Aaron Charlesworth was the Vice President of Product Marketing, where they created the product branding and pricing strategies for business VoIP with the ability to rapidly integrate incremental acquisitions of complimentary product sets. Aaron then moved to OnSolve as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they developed and executed on organic and inorganic growth strategies helping drive revenue from $50M to $97M.

Most recently, Aaron Charlesworth worked at JLL as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for the JLL Digital Business Group, where they used detailed target market analysis and market research to craft go-to-market strategies for new technology focused businesses. Aaron then moved to SpaceIQ as the Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement, and then to Voxie as the Chief Marketing and Product Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Marketing and Product Officer at Deskpass.

Aaron Charlesworth received their MBA in Marketing from Penn State University in 1999, and prior to that they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The University of Georgia in 1996.
