Joe Presto is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology and solutions architecture. As the Principal and Owner of Desktop Guerrillas LLC since April 2004, Joe has led various initiatives in the tech industry. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Solutions Architect at IBM Global Services from August 1996 to September 2004, and held positions at ADVANTIS Global Inc. as a Firewall Administrator and Century Communications as a Technical Support Analyst. Joe began a career in technical support at Personal Computer Learning Centers. Educationally, Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, earned from 1988 to 1992.
