Paula Cote

Paula Cote is an experienced content management professional with a significant background in technical writing and instructional design. Currently serving as Senior Content Manager at Desktop Metal since September 2020, Paula has previously held roles such as Content Manager and Manager of Professional Learning at Follett Learning from August 2014 to August 2020. Paula's expertise also includes positions as Senior Technical Writer at both X2 Development Corporation and H&R Block, as well as Supervisor of Instructional Media at Medical Information Technology, Inc. (MEDITECH). Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Newspaper Journalism and English from Syracuse University and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Media Design from UMass Boston.
