Gregory A. Shumate

Gregory A. Shumate has been working at DESMAN - Parking Specialists since 1995 as a Senior Associate, specializing in parking-related facility and systems planning, design, development, operations, and management consulting. Prior to working at DESMAN, Gregory A. served as the Commissioner for the City of Cleveland, Division of Parking from March 1990 to February 1995, where Gregory A. managed a large parking system. Additionally, Gregory A. held positions within the City of Cleveland's Department of Economic Development and City Planning Department from 1983 to 1990. Shumate began their career as an Urban Planner for the City of Cincinnati from 1979 to 1983. Gregory A. holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning & Design from the University of Cincinnati.
