With a background in Economics and Information Technology from Aalborg University, Martin has a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning across various industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, and consulting. Their expertise includes optimization of work processes, development of management reporting, and financial management of activities. Martin is also experienced in SAP optimization projects and documentation of workflows and processes.
