Desmond Croan has a long and varied work experience. Desmond began their career in 2000 as a Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. In 2005, they became a Show Creator & Supervising Producer for NBC Universal. After that, in 2007, they took on the role of Senior Director of Brand & Digital Media Production for TRX Training. In 2012, they became the CEO of Minty Fresh Digital, where they transitioned the agency to focus 99% on digital business, tripled revenue, and acquired a video production company. In 2020, they founded the Sparrow Foundation, Inc., the world's first digital food bank, and also became the Chief Executive Officer of desmond garcia, an international digital marketing agency.
Desmond Croan attended Stanford University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA. Desmond also attended Dartmouth College from 1999 to 2000. In 2001, they began attending University of California, Los Angeles, where they completed MFA Studies in Theater Film and Television in 2002.
