Charles-Elie Lefaucheur

Charles-Elie Lefaucheur is an accomplished professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Biogas/Biomethane segments at Desotec since 2021. Previously, Charles-Elie held significant roles at NOVACAP group from 2007 to 2019, including International Project Manager focusing on plant set-up and new business development in APAC/EU, and Business Development Head overseeing organic growth and regulatory affairs in the EU. Earlier experience includes positions at ERAMET group as Innovation and Process Manager and Industrial Manager, where initiatives were directed towards enhancing competitiveness in materials recovery. Charles-Elie's career began as a Reserve Officer in the French Army, where leadership and management skills were developed. Charles-Elie holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA, alongside education in industrial minerals and materials from Technische Universität Darmstadt and Université d'Orléans.
