Klaus Rotzinger

Klaus Rotzinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment and fraud prevention solutions. Currently serving as Payments Manager at Despegar since October 2020, Klaus previously held roles including Product Manager at Evertec, where responsibilities included overseeing a licensed risk management solution for clients following the acquisition of PayTrue. Prior to this, Klaus was a key member of the executive committee at ICT4V and managed significant fraud prevention projects at PayTrue Solutions, leading teams in multiple Latin American countries. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Trintech and development of authorization systems for the payment card industry. Klaus holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de la República and completed a PMD at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
