Chris Genetos is the Associate General Counsel at DESRI, specializing in real estate aspects of renewable energy, battery storage, and natural gas power projects. With a track record as lead real estate attorney on transactions totaling over 14,000 megawatts, Chris has built a reputation for fostering collaborative relationships and driving employee growth. Previously, Chris held positions as Senior Counsel at Clearway Energy Group and Husch Blackwell, as well as Corporate Counsel at Matinee Energy, where they managed real estate law for various energy projects. Chris earned a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and a B.A. from Butler University.
