Francisco Perez

Francisco Perez is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in plant engineering and continuous improvement management. Currently serving as Plant Engineering Manager at Dessert Holdings since February 2018, Francisco oversees the planning and execution of capital expenditure and maintenance projects, while championing technical initiatives to enhance operational performance. Prior roles include Regional TPM Manager at PepsiCo and Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Crown Cork & Seal, where Francisco focused on equipment maintenance reliability programs. Additional experience includes maintenance management and manufacturing engineering positions at Crown Cork & Seal, Pentair, and Siemens Industry US. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has pursued further education in mechatronics engineering at Swinburne University of Technology and as an exchange student at Mount Royal University.
