Isaac Murphy

Isaac Murphy is currently the Vice President of Business Transformation at Dessert Holdings since April 2023, previously serving as Director of Business Transformation. From January 2020 to March 2023, Isaac was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), having also worked as a Summer Consultant at BCG in 2018. Isaac earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2019, along with an International MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University during an exchange semester. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Production Supervisor at Boston Scientific and Design Engineering Intern at UTC Aerospace Systems. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, along with an Associate of Arts from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
