Karen Wheeler

Karen Wheeler is currently the Event Manager at Destihl Restaurant & Brew Works. Prior to that, they were a Shift Lead at BIGGBY COFFEE from August 2016 to January 2019. In that role, they were responsible for taking charge of a shift and keeping track of money using Excel. Karen also created various drinks and built rapport with customers. Prior to that, they were a Student Worker/Tech Services in Library at Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College from August 2014 to June 2016. In that role, they worked on Microsoft Excel to document books coming in and out of library and used Voyager to enter books into the Library's circulation.

Karen Wheeler attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters. Karen then went on to study at Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in English/Music.

Karen Wheeler reports to Matt Potts, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Dan Thury - Regional Sales Manager, IL, Laurie Nelson - Co-Founder & CFO, and Tim Klieber - Laboratory Manager.
