Corey Rybka

Corey Rybka is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Destination Cleveland since June 2018, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager. Rybka oversees the entire employee life cycle and has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager, Specialist, and Coordinator, focusing on talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and HRIS management. Rybka also contributed as a Volunteer Board Member for Elyria Bicycle Educational Center and gained technical leadership experience at Asset Campus Housing. Rybka holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University and has effectively implemented procedures and customer service strategies that have significantly improved operational outcomes and resident satisfaction.
