Sheila Dollaske

Sheila Dollaske, Ed.D. is currently the Chief People and Business Operations Officer at Destination Cleveland since November 2024. Previously, Sheila held various senior leadership roles at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana from June 2017 to November 2024, including Senior Director of Strategy and HR Operations and Regional Director of Strategy. Additionally, Sheila has experience as an Internship Coach at Columbia University, Innovation Principal Fellow at The Mind Trust, Adjunct Faculty Instructor at IUPUI, and Principal at Indianapolis Public Schools. Other roles include Program Director at OneGoal and Instructional Support Leader at Chicago Public Schools.
