Benjamin Sinclair

Benjamin Sinclair is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and business development sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for Save Alligator Lighthouse since March 2022 and as the Founder of Destination Decoded since January 2017. Previously, Benjamin held various leadership roles, including Head of Growth at Alfred and Vice President of Member Experience, Operations & Business Development at WeWork. Notably, Benjamin served as Chief Brand Development Officer at Faena Group from 2013 to 2019, collaborating with Alan Faena on global vision projects. Benjamin's extensive experience includes senior sales and marketing positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Benjamin holds a Bachelor Degree in Business with a focus on Hospitality Marketing from Ryerson University, completed in 1997.
