Jonathan Emery

Jonathan Emery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, data analysis, and client management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Destination NSW since September 2023, Jonathan previously held the role of Insights Analyst at the Royal Society of Chemistry, where responsibilities included market research management and data-driven decision-making to support the chemistry community. Prior to that, Jonathan spent eight years at Ipsos Australia, progressing from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager, leading key FMCG client projects. Jonathan's early career includes significant roles at Ipsos in quantitative research, RJC Research, and Inside Right Ltd., with foundational experience gained through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Academic credentials include an MA in East Asia Studies from SOAS University of London and a BSc in Behavioural Science from the University of Nottingham.
