Melissa Perez is an experienced payroll and HR professional with a strong background in managing payroll processes and human resource functions. Currently serving as the Sr Payroll Manager at Destination Pet, LLC since April 2022, Melissa previously held similar roles at Leeds West Groups and The Art of Shaving, overseeing payroll for organizations with over 700 employees. With expertise in HR management, Melissa has also worked as an HR Specialist, Office Coordinator, and Front Desk Representative & HR Manager at various companies, building skills in client services, administrative management, and employee transactions. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University.
