Governance and Oversight

The Governance and Oversight team at Destination Toronto is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction for the organization. Comprising key volunteer positions including the Vice Chair, Chair, Secretary & Treasurer, and Past Chair, the team monitors compliance with organizational policies, oversees financial health, and guides the mission to support and enhance Toronto's visitor economy. Their efforts help maintain transparency and accountability within the organization.
