Destinations for Teens
Kaycie Peterson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in youth mentorship and facility management. Currently serving as the Regional Facility and Training Manager, Youth Mentor Trainer, and Outpatient Mentor at Destinations for Teens since May 2021, Kaycie has demonstrated strong leadership and training capabilities. Prior experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor at Planet Fitness from November 2018 to May 2021, and as a Youth Counselor at Laurel Hall School between December 2012 and August 2016. Kaycie holds a Bachelor's degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge, completed between 2017 and 2019, and an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Los Angeles Valley College, obtained from 2013 to 2017.
