Justin Zimmerman

Justin Zimmerman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and planning across various industries, including creative agency work and the sports sector. As a Founding Partner at DESTROY since March 2020, Justin leads strategy for a bold creative agency that leverages significant CPG and beverage expertise. Prior to this, Justin served as an Advisor and Judge at Stadia Ventures, contributing to a global Sports Innovation Hub from August 2020 to December 2023. Earlier roles include Vice President of Strategy & Planning at We Are Alexander and Vice President and Group Account Director at GROUP360 Worldwide, where responsibilities included managing major beverage brands. Justin also directed Red Bull's regional marketing strategy while at Kastner & Partners and began a career in political strategy as an advisor to a Congressman. Justin holds an MBA in Marketing Strategy from Emory University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Michigan.
