Dushant Jijja

Dushant Jijja has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2015. In 2015, they were an Internship Trainee at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute, where they were involved in web designing using HTML and CSS. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Software Associate, where they ensured zero downtime for applications and provided feed file availability for downstream applications. In 2020, they worked at MattePaint Pty Ltd as a UX Designer, where they did extensive user experience research to identify problems and redesigned the team management platform. Currently, they are employed at Desygner as a UX/UI Designer - PM/BA, where they are responsible for creating end to end user experience solutions, understanding the company's design system, collaborating in design sprints, and conducting heuristic evaluations and benchmarking analysis.

Dushant Jijja has a comprehensive education history. From 2002 to 2014, they attended Delhi Public School and obtained the All India Senior School Certificate Examination. From 2014 to 2017, they attended SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science. From 2019 to 2021, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and obtained a Master of Information Technology in User Experience. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera in 2021, Design and Prototype in Adobe XD from Udemy in 2019, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking from Coursera in 2019, UX Foundations: Multidevice Design from LinkedIn in 2019, The Silver Standard of The International Award for Young People from HRH The Duke of Edinburgh in 2013, and Model United Nations Conference '11 from Utopia Model United Nations in 2011.
