Maia Lunn Vonsbæk is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Head of Section at the Royal Danish Library since March 2019 and also holding the position of Library Manager at AU LIBRARY since December 2012. Previous roles include Head of Library at Aarhus School of Architecture from 2000 to 2012 and Librarian at Aalborg Bibliotekerne from 1998 to 2000, in addition to earlier roles as a Librarian at Aalborg Stadsarkiv and KRIFA. Educational credentials include a Master of Library and Information Science and a Librarian DB from Danmarks Biblioteksskole, as well as studies at Aarhus University.

Det Kgl. Bibliotek er Danmarks nationale bibliotek, og hører under Kulturministeriet. Vi indsamler, bevarer og formidler dansk kulturarv samt sikrer viden til uddannelse, forskning, oplysning og oplevelse. Vi arbejder aktivt på at blive et grønnere og mere bæredygtigt bibliotek. Det Kgl. Bibliotek er ca. 900 ansatte fordelt på over 30 lokationer på Sjælland og i Jylland.
