Dimas Chandra possesses extensive experience in service operation and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving in a leadership role at DETASAD since August 2023, Dimas has previously held significant positions at PT Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia from November 2017 to February 2024, including Head of Network and Services and Service Management Manager. Additional experience includes a brief tenure at PT. XL Axiata Tbk as IT Partner Management and various roles at Natrindo Telepon Seluler and Sampoerna Telekom, where Dimas developed expertise in fault management and IP engineering. Dimas Chandra completed a degree at Gunadarma University from 2000 to 2005.
