Serge Arbogast has a extensive work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Serge is currently serving as the Chief Technology & Information Officer at DETASAD since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President - Technology & Customer Operations at DETASAD from March 2023 to January 2024. Before joining DETASAD, Serge worked as the CEO - Chief Executive Officer at PT Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia from February 2021 to August 2022, and as the Chief Technology & Information Officer from August 2016 to January 2021. Serge has also held positions at Ericsson Indonesia as the Head of Project Office CD RAN - BUGS Business Unit Global Services and as the Strategy Director, at PT AXIS Telekom Indonesia as the Head Technology Operations (Network & IT OSS/BSS), at Huawei Indonesia as the General Manager Network Development & Performance Management, at Azerfon as the Director of Network Engineering & Development Division Acting CTO, at Alcatel-Lucent as the PMO/PMS Project Auditor ---- QA&CC EMEA, at Mobinil as the Deputy Programme Manager - 3G Technical lead, at Du as the 3G Senior QoS Consultant, and at Ericsson as the 3G Managed Services Consultant.

Serge Arbogast attended the University of Bath from 2000 to 2001, studying Electronic and Communications. Prior to that, they studied Telecommunication, Software Engineering, and Management at the University of Vaasa from 1999 to 2000. From 1997 to 1999, Serge attended Université de Toulon, focusing on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications.
