Simone Wamsteker

Simone Wamsteker has been CHRO at Detecon since March 16, 2021. Simone is responsible for global people management and is also responsible for the topics of sustainability and diversity at executive level.

She has over 20 years of experience in consulting and HR. As a consultant at Accenture, she carried out successful change management projects before moving to the HR side. There she worked for Accenture as Recruiting Director and HR Service Delivery Lead for the German-speaking region, among other positions. Afterwards, she was responsible for the people topics for the global product business at BCG as HR Director. Simone's passion, in addition to supporting the business through smooth HR processes, is to drive innovation and the digitalization of the people function.
