Kishore Degwekar

Kishore Degwekar has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kishore started their career as a Senior Engineer at Tata Engineering and Locomotive Co. Ltd. in 1979 and later worked as a Management Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in 1984. Kishore then served as an Assistant Manager at Eicher Motors Ltd. from 1985 to 1988. In 1988, Kishore became the Managing Director of Detection Instruments (India) P. Ltd., where they played a key role in establishing the company as a leader in the Integrated Fire and Gas Detection Systems space. In 2000, they co-founded Beta Software P. Ltd. and helped set up the company from scratch, achieving significant growth before exiting in 2006.
