Senior Quality Reliability Engineer at Detection Technology

Kristiina Lehtonen has a significant work experience in the field of engineering and quality reliability. Kristiina started their career as a Summer Trainee at Nokia Siemens Networks Oy in 2011, and subsequently worked as a Summer Trainee again in 2012 and 2013 at the same company, which was later renamed Nokia Solutions And Networks Oy. In 2014, they joined Nokia Networks Oy as a Specialist, where they performed supportive and development engineering tasks in mobile network base station production, as well as continued working on their thesis topic. In 2015, Kristiina joined Detection Technology as a Production Operator and later transitioned into the role of Quality Reliability Engineer in 2017. Currently, at Detection Technology, they hold the position of Senior Quality Reliability Engineer, working in the After Sales & Customer Services team under the Industrial Business Unit. Kristiina'sresponsibilities include performing technical failure analysis in customer complaint cases, providing technical support in customer interface, and developing customer service engineering functions, processes, and routines.

Kristiina Lehtonen attended the Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automation Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they received a certification in Yleinen riskikartoitus (FMEA) from Quality Knowhow Karjalainen Oy. In May 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Detection Technology. Lastly, in November 2022, they obtained a Sähkötyöturvallisuuskortti SFS6002 certification from Kiwa.
