Tuulia Luhtala

Tuulia Luhtala has extensive experience in HR and people management roles. Tuulia started their career as a Salesperson at Stockmann Oyj Abp before transitioning to an Official role within the same company. Tuulia then joined Oulu Vocational College as a Teacher. In 2007, Tuulia worked as an HR Consultant Intern at Adecco, followed by a role as an Area Manager at Coronaria Hoitoketju Oy. Tuulia then joined Logica, where they served as an HR Coordinator and later as an HR Consultant for the business consulting unit. Tuulia joined CGI in 2010 as an HR Consultant and later became an HR Business Partner, overseeing strategic and operational people management matters for the banking and insurance units. Most recently, Tuulia has been working at Detection Technology as the Manager of People and Culture for Finland, France, and the USA.
