Paul Gatens has extensive experience in technical sales support and IT services, currently serving as a Technical Sales Support Specialist at Detector Testers since May 2007, where responsibilities include supporting product ranges such as Solo, TruTest, Scorpion, and Testifire and delivering accredited training globally. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Which? from 1997 to 2007, notably as Helpdesk Team Leader and later in Third Level Support, where responsibilities included managing desktop support teams and advising on technology. Earlier experience includes project management and training as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at Holdene, sales support for ECAD software at Visionics, and foundational electronics training as an apprentice at Tektronix. Paul received education from Hertford Regional College and Sheredes Secondary.
