Shane Quist

Shane Quist is an experienced quality professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and metallurgy. Currently serving as the Quality Coordinator at Demco since June 2018, Shane focuses on ISO and Lean methodologies. Concurrently, Shane holds the position of QA Technician at Fisher Hydraulics, responsible for part inspection and gage inventory management. Since August 2005, Shane has been a Metallurgical Lab Technician at Eaton, where responsibilities include the inspection and audit of heat-treated production parts and vendor parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Shane also has experience as a Machinist and is a graduate of the Universal Technical Institute-Motorcycle Mechanics Institute Division.
