Aldaine Whyte is an experienced Design Engineer at AECI - DetNet South Africa (Pty) Ltd since September 2013, specializing in the innovative design and development of electronic initiation systems for the mining industry, with a focus on cost reduction and product improvement. Concurrently, Aldaine operates as an International Management Consultant, providing strategic and operational insights to various companies, including a tech startup and a large Chinese gym franchise. Previously, Aldaine served in several leadership roles at Toastmasters International, earning multiple awards for excellence in communication and club performance. With a strong foundation in electronic engineering and research from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and extensive education in business and technology management from GIBS Business School and the University of Pretoria, Aldaine combines technical expertise with management acumen to drive success in diverse environments.
