Shitesh Sachan

Shitesh Sachan has over 13 years of professional experience in the field of security. Shitesh began their career in 2007 as a Penetration Tester at IeQuesoft. In 2010, they moved to the position of Security Tester at EduCo International Group. In 2011, they became a Software Security Analyst at Asvathaa Inc. From 2012 to 2018, Shitesh worked at UnitedHealth Group, where they held the roles of Sr Lead Application Security Consultant, Lead Application Security Consultant, Sr Application Security Consultant, and Application Security Consultant. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Detox Technologies. Throughout their career, Shitesh has worked on application security, threat modeling, testing OWASP vulnerabilities, in-depth recon of applications, penetration/security testing, source code analysis, and security automation framework development.

Shitesh Sachan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Shitesh has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in August 2019, HIPAA from HIPAA Training in 2014, AHIP from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2012, ISTQB from International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2012, CEH from EC-Council in February 2013, and CHFI from EC-Council in 2017.
