Edward Bauman

Edward Bauman has extensive experience in the transportation and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Team Member and Alternate Line Leader on the D12 Transmission Line at Detroit Axle since March 2015, Edward focuses on producing high-quality automatic transmissions while implementing lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency. Previously, Edward worked at Waste Management from June 2009 to March 2015 as a Residential and Roll-off Driver, where responsibilities included performing vehicle inspections and driving along designated routes for waste collection. Prior experience also includes a role as a Courier/Driver at DHL from April 1997 to November 2008, managing courier operations and handling freight logistics. Edward holds a degree in Leadership Studies from Central Michigan University (2010-2015) and an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Henry Ford College (2001-2003).
