Andrew Callery

Andrew Callery currently serves as the Assistant Director of College Counseling at Detroit Country Day School since August 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a High School Counselor for the Grosse Pointe Public School System from August 2020 to August 2022. Andrew also held the position of Director of Student Support Services & Piro Scholars Program and College Advisor at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory from June 2015 to July 2020. Earlier in Andrew’s career, roles included Assistant Director of Graduate Support at De Marillac Academy from June 2012 to June 2015, and Assistant Residence Director and Resident Minister at the University of San Francisco from August 2009 to June 2012. Andrew began the career in education as a Teaching Assistant/Development Associate at De Marillac Academy from August 2008 to July 2010. Andrew earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Villanova University (2004-2008).
