Andy Popa

Andy Popa has extensive experience as a Packaging Engineer at Detroit Diesel, part of Daimler Trucks North America, since April 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing packaging for ten Aftermarket parts distribution centers and designing packaging for diesel engine and truck/bus chassis parts. Prior to this role, Andy served as a Full-Time Parts Distribution Center Employee at Daimler Truck North America starting in November 1988 and previously worked as an Armor Specialist in the US Army from March 1982 to March 1986. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness/Educational Research Statistics from The University of Akron, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Walsh University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Diesel/Automotive Technology from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College.
