Jim Campbell

Jim Campbell is an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a career spanning several decades in the automotive and training industries. Currently employed at Detroit Diesel since June 2008, Jim specializes in instructional design and developed a Web-based Training titled “DD13 Heavy Duty Engine Platform Introduction.” Prior to this role, Jim served as a Senior Training Program Author at Tweddle Litho Company, where responsibilities included creating web-based and Instructor-Led training for major clients such as Ford, Nissan, and Mercedes-Benz. Earlier experience as a Senior Training Writer at MSX International involved collaborating with OEM Service Engineers to produce training materials and videos for automotive technicians. Jim began a career in technical writing at Ross Roy Advertising from 1984 to 1989. Jim holds a degree from Western Michigan University and completed secondary education at Grosse Pointe South High School.
