Emerald Butler

Emerald Butler is an experienced professional in hospitality and customer service, currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Earth's Gemz since May 2020. Prior to this, Emerald has held a position as a Guest Service Agent at MotorCity Casino Hotel since April 2015, focusing on front desk and PBX operations. Emerald's diverse experience includes roles as a Service Agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a Customer Service Representative at AT&T, and an intern at Jully Black Entertainment assisting with online promotions. Additional roles include working as a Suites/Dessert Cart Attendant at Levy Restaurants, an Entertainment Costuming Intern at Walt Disney World, and various positions during the college education at Northwood University, including Student Assistant for athletic teams and internships in various hotel departments.
